A1. We provide existing samples for free, but freight will be on your side. For customized sample, we will charge the sample fee, after place order, we will refund the sample fee.

A2. 500pcs as usual, we can discuss it.

Q3. What is your delivery time?
A3. Generally 3-4 days after payment for stock, 30-40 days after payment for customized order, it depends on the products &quantity.

Q4. What's the payment term?
A4. T/T 30% deposit before producing and 70% balance for bulk order before shipment.

Q5. What are your terms of delivery?
A5. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, BY AIR or BY SEA.

A6. We offer price of EXW, you can choose delivery by air, vessel, or international express. Shipping port will be Shanghai.
