The Applicable Delivery Terms of Our Company

The following delivery terms are applicable in our company to meet various needs of customers: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW.

The following delivery terms are applicable in our company to meet various needs of customers: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW.

1. FOB (Free on Board)

We will deliver the goods to Shanghai Port or other designated ports in Mainland China (the inland freight will be charged additionally if delivered to other inland ports); the buyer shall bear the ocean freight and insurance from loading port to destination port. At present, ocean freight fluctuates greatly due to international fuel prices, international epidemics, and monetary exchange rates, so FOB is the most commonly used term.

2. CFR (Cost and Freight)

We will be in charge of transportation and bear the ocean freight from the loading port to the destination port; the purchase of insurance is up to the buyer’s need and shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer can also designate the freight forward and vessels with good credit to us for arrangement.

3. CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight)

We will be in charge of transportation and bear the ocean freight and insurance from loading port to destination port, comparing with CFR, CIF includes insurance additionally. The buyer can designate the freight forward and vessels, or we will arrange the freight forward and vessels with the most suitable price and time, which will save the process of booking vessels, space, and insurance by the buyer and is quite convenient for the buyer.

4. EXW(EX Works)

Deliver goods at the workshop or at the customer-designated place. Many buyers have agent warehouses in some cities in China, such as Guangzhou, Yiwu, and Ningbo, to collect various products bought from different places. Our company locates in Suzhou and near Shanghai; we will provide free transportation to Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan, Changshu, and surrounding areas and charge additional freight if delivered to other places. The centralized transportation will reduce the final cost.
