Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory and have a price advantage over a trading company.

Q: Can you do the design for me?
A: Depending on your requirements, we can add your company logo, website, phone number, or other ideas on paper rolls or boxes. Our professional designer can make a design for you.

Q: Can I have a sample order for a paper roll?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.

Q: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 2-3 days, while mass production time needs 1-2 weeks.

Q: How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive depending on the type of shipping either sea or air freight.
